Shipping Policy – Find my Engine
At Find My Engine, we’re committed to providing fast, reliable, and secure nationwide shipping for all remanufactured and new diesel, gas, and marine engines, transmissions, and powertrain products. Every order is handled with care and shipped through trusted freight partners to ensure your engine arrives safely and on time.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the continental United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and PO Boxes.
All orders are shipped via FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, R+L Carriers, or other certified freight carriers.
Processing & Handling
Once your payment has cleared, most in-stock engines ship within 2–5 business days.
Custom-built or special-order engines may require additional processing time.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only. Shipments do not move on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Costs
For most engines, shipping is included in the listed price.
However, liftgate and residential delivery fees may apply, depending on the freight company and delivery location. These additional charges will be confirmed prior to shipment if applicable.
Delivery Time
Average delivery time is 4–7 business days, depending on destination and carrier scheduling.
Customers typically receive email or SMS tracking notifications once their order ships. Please note that some freight carriers may not have the capability to send email or text updates, and in those cases, tracking information will be provided directly by our shipping department.
Shipment Inspection & Damaged Freight
We take every precaution to ensure safe delivery; however, it is essential that all customers or receiving facilities inspect shipments thoroughly upon arrival.
Please remember to notify your shipping department, customer, or consignee (if it is a repair facility) that it is their responsibility to fully inspect the shipment by pulling back the plastic and identifying any damage before signing the Proof of Delivery receipt.
If damage is visible or suspected:
Note the damage clearly on the Bill of Lading or Proof of Delivery.
Refuse the shipment if damage is severe.

Provide photos of the damage and copies of all delivery documents the same day.
We will NOT be held responsible for damage caused in transit that has been signed for “free and clear.”
If damage is identified prior to signing, you may refuse the freight or accept it with damage notes clearly marked.
